Alex Dale, General Manager of Church Hill Development, has been our contractor of choice for the past decade.

We have hired Church Hill Development to perform countless exterior and interior projects as we have renovated and upgraded our home.  Outside Church Hill Development has replaced our roof installed dormers from scratch, installed skylights, replaced gutters, windows, fascia and soffit and even helped build our garden shed.  They have also installed drainage systems installed a basement window well, and orchestrated driveway resurfacing work.  Inside they have installed sliding glass doors, hung interior doors, performed drywall repairs trimmed kitchen cabinets, painted and installed hardwood as well as tile flooring.  In every case the finished work that Church Hill provided is first class and simply beautiful.  We constantly recieve compliments on the detail and finish of our home.
Alex Dale is the ideal contractor.  He is smart, thoughtful, helpful, fair, efficient, timely and reasonably priced.  Alex is great at identifying issues and finding solutions.  Moreover his work is absolutely top notch.  And when work can be more cost-effective performed by someone else, Alex says so, knows who to call, and orchestrates the work.  I have no reason to go anywhere else for projects around our house, big or small.
