About Us
Church Hill Development was established in 2005. The founding members of
the corporation are Bill Dale and Alex Dale. The company was started as a family business to buy and renovate homes. Bill brought a lot of the business background to the table and
Alex contributed the construction experience. The first home purchased was in a small Eastern Shore town called Church Hill. The first house was purchased and the company was born.
Alex has knowledge in the construction field from blue printing through the cabinet layout. He oversees the day to day infield operations while Bill handles the back-office operations. In
2011, Alex's wife Shannon came on to help alleviate some of the daily paperwork and billing. Shannon is taking over more of the paperwork and estimates to make the office run a little
smoother.
Church Hill Development has a general construction background and experience, and can complete a various range of projects. From kitchens to basements, from grading to decks to roofing there is no job we won't see through. The company expanded to home remodeling as well as custom homes. Alex's background is in construction management, so residential projects or commercial buildings are not a problem. We have expanded to commercial work to meet the growing demand in the DC Metro area.
